Providing complete automation, Discovery DataLink helps populate and maintain an up-to-date CRM system with extensive information on financial services industry firms and professionals, including financial advisors.
With this new application clients are able to obtain broker-dealer (BD) and investment adviser (RIA) data on their CRM records. Discovery Data will link its industry database to Account, Contact and Lead records. Once a link is established, data updates can take place as frequently as every week. Clients will select which Salesforce fields to map to Discovery Data, and specify update automatically or require user confirmation.
In addition, a custom button, Discovery Data Profile, will be available to users to deep link into the Discovery Data online system to view additional details on a firm or professional. To find a CRD and additional information on a record, the ability to search within and add data from Discovery Data is provided via Discovery Data Search.
Clients also have the ability to set a target audience and add new firms and professionals from Discovery Data, as well as monitor and analyze the progress made by the Discovery DataLink and their users with 20 reports and 2 dashboards.
