Back in January, we patted ourselves on the back a little bit with a blog post covering a few of Ipreo’s many accomplishments in 2014. Of particular note were some of the important acquisitions we made to expand the Ipreo family and further broaden our offerings, particularly in the Alternative Assets space.
One such acquisition was ShareholderInSite, the definitive leader in valuation services to the Alternative Assets marketplace. As we mentioned last month, SI’s strong management team, deep industry expertise, and excellent reputation with clients make it an ideal foundation from which to launch Ipreo’s new Alternative Assets vertical, which is led by Shareholder InSite’s Joe Maxwell and Brett Suchor.
Today, we’d like to offer a brief introduction to Qval, the software platform for venture capital and private equity investors.
Qval is the leading platform supporting fund-level collection, analysis and reporting of portfolio company documentation and data, and gives institutional investors greater visibility and faster reporting with more accurate data. The powerful SaaS platform is compliant with SOC1 and maintains the highest levels of security and confidentiality. It has a variety of features that help VC and PE firms eliminate compliance risk and maximize fund returns.
Take a look at this fun video explaining Qval’s capabilities, and click the links below for more information about both the platform and ShareholderInSite in general.
