Best Practices on M&A for Investor Relations

Every month, Ipreo reaches out to our network of financial professionals to get their insight into issues that affect the marketplace, and to provide our Corporate clients with a little glimpse into the minds of the investment community.

In December, we asked select members of our network about mergers and acquisitions, specifically, about the best practices on M&A for Investor Relations. Responses varied widely, but those surveyed largely agreed on the need for more disclosure.
